June:
Prostate Cancer UK has engaged Spoke to provide a permanent Interactive Voice Response (IVR) solution to enable those wishing to donate to help beat prostate the ability to do so via an 03 telephone number.  The service will ensure that 100% of callers wishing to donate will be answered 24/7/365, providing a compliant and secure service to support Prostate Cancer UK’s fundraising activities.

Spoke are delighted to have been re-appointed by ITV and Unicef to manage donations for this year’s Soccer Aid event, taking place at Old Trafford on 11^th June.  Spoke also provides the ‘Appreciation Station’, where a real-time algorithm ensures that the appropriate number of calls are diverted to the celebrities taking part in handling live donations. With Stormzy as Captain of the England team, it promises to be a very exciting event!

May:
Spoke have yet again been officially appointed by the BBC and Digame (for the EBU) to manage the UK voting for the semi-finals and final (taking place on 13^th May in Liverpool).  The broadcasters are anticipating UK viewership in excess of 9 million people (160m+ in Europe) and the biggest mass-voting event in the UK this year.  Spoke are very excited to be involved!

February:
Spoke works with the DEC to launch a major appeal for the Earthquake disaster in Turkey and Syria.  The appeal launch date of 9^th February commenced a nationwide appeal to request funds from the public for those affected by the disaster in Turkey and Syria.  Spoke’s 24/7/365 automated IVR donation line is anticipated to receive funds in excess of seven figures over the coming weeks.

Newcastle-based Frisk Radio engages Spoke to manage its new competition format: Crack the Code, launching Monday 20^th Feb.  Players are invited to text in a 4 digit combination to crack the code of its safe to win £1,000.

September 2022: Delighted to announce that we have been appointed by the BBC to manage voting for Sports Personality of the Year in 2022 and 2023. Looking forward to the televised event in Salford on 21st December!

June 2022: Spoke Interactive manages telephone donations for ITV’s Soccer Aid for Unicef.  Sarah Wren, Head of Soccer Aid, said:
